At Peakoilfund, we’re dedicated to making sure every order from peakoilfund.com arrives quickly, safely, and with care. This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for all online purchases.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. Rest assured — we’ll keep you informed at every step so you’ll always know when your order is on the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable, timely delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance, carrier volume, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Coverage

Peakoilfund proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means that once the carrier takes possession of your package, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered successfully completed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly during checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or anyone who may have received it on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for updates.

If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@peakoilfund.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist wherever possible.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our support team will help guide you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you right away. You may choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping charge).

Multiple Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately for faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each package individually.
